Stacy E. Holland has dedicated her career to ensuring that Philadelphia’s young people have access to the academic, career, and support services they need to build bright futures.
Most recently, Stacy served as Executive Director of The Lenfest Foundation, where she executed a strategy to invest in early learning, out-of-school-time programming for middle school students, and career and technical education. Previously, she served as Chief of Strategic Partnerships for the School District of Philadelphia, where she built a new office responsible for the District’s fundraising initiatives and its work with external organizations and agencies. In 1999, Stacy co-founded the Philadelphia Youth Network, growing the organization from two employees to a citywide entity dedicated to integrating services across more than 100 partners providing programming to nearly 20,000 youth annually.
Stacy holds a bachelor’s in marketing from The College of New Jersey and a master’s in student personnel administration in higher education from Columbia University. She earned a doctoral degree in learning and development from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
