Rachna Puthottu

Rachna serves as the Manager of Special Projects at Philadelphia School Partnership.

Prior to joining PSP, Rachna served in numerous education related roles. Rachna was previously a lead teacher at KIPP Philadelphia Elementary Academy, Carver Preparatory Academy (New Orleans) and Atlanta Public Schools. Most recently, she was as a special education administrator at Mastery-Shoemaker and Collegiate Academies.

She has also served as an Urban Leader Fellow (ULF-Denver), an Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) fellow with Georgia’s Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, an Urban Education Leadership Intern (UELIP) in the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), an Americorps Fellow in the District of Columbia, and a Teach for America corps member in Atlanta Public Schools.

Rachna holds a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies from the University of Virginia and an M.S.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University.
